| A3 | After registering as a new member, you will be given 1000 free Tokens as a compliment from Mago Entertainment, you may make use of these Tokens to participate in those games from Mago Entertainment. If you have used up all the Tokens and would like top-up more, we have offered a range of payment alternatives both online and MolePoints.
Besides, you can earn extra Tokens from payment reference. Please read FAQ Question " What is payment reference? ", for further information.

Bid Golds can be earned by winning any open game competition.

Use your Bid Golds to bid any prize you like, if you have been out-bidded within the open bidding period, try to put higher Bid Golds to gain your place in bid. When the prize bidding period ended, if you win the bid, the prize is yours.
Only winner Bid Golds will be deducted at the end of bidding date, members who have been out-bidded will gain back their Bid Golds .

| Q7 | If I am the winner, how can I redeem my prize? | |||||

Prize winner will be contacted by Mago Entertainment staff to collect their prize after 14 days from the competition closing day.
If prize winner failed to collect the prize from the notify date of collection within 30 days, the prize will be forfeit and it will be bring forward for the next game/competition.
Winners of the prizes will have to present themselves to our main office, along with their NRIC to verify their genuine identities, this is to avoid accidents such as lost parcel due to shipping or unauthorized receivers of prizes to occur. | |||||
| Q8 | If I cannot present myself personally to collect the prize, are there any other possible solutions for this problem? | |||||
| A8 | Winner can appoint a friend or a relative to you to collect the prize. However, you must write a letter with your signature saying that, that person is representing you to collect the prize and his or her name and NIRC must be stated in the letter as we will request his/her Mycard to verify with the authenticity. (Please take note that this protocol is necessary to ensure we give out the prizes to the actual recipients and hence we would prefer the winner himself or herself to collect the prize.) | |||||

| A9 | The only reason that may have resulted in login problems for members will be perhaps our portal is under technical maintenance, however, before such an incident happens, Mago Entertainment's Support Team will notify all members. | |||||

| A10 | Under the sign in page, there is a link that can assist members to retrieve their user ID and passwords, all you need to do is to follow according to the simple instructions we have provided. However, Mago Entertainment's Customer Support Team will be glad to attend to you via phone calls or emails should you need further assistance. | |||||
| Q11 | Why my score is not on the game score ranking list? | |||||
| A11 | Our system will only displayed the Top 3s and if your name is not there, it is mostly because your scores are not high enough to remain within the top 3 high scores, therefore you will have to try harder. However, user can keep track thier ranking under My Account. | |||||
| Q12 | Why is the registration information so specific and detailed? | |||||
| A12 | Registration information has to be very specific and detail primarily is because we will certainly need genuine details of members so that when they become winners of prizes, Mago Entertainment's Administrators will be able to verify their identities without much hassle and also delivering them to the correct destinations.
Furthermore, should there be any useful notifications and announcements, it is in the members' best interest not to miss out. This portal emphasizes on transparency, therefore we will require every member's sincere cooperation to ensure all activities are fair and smooth, surely no one will want tricky members to disturb our fun, right? | |||||

| A13 | Times have changed nowadays compared to 10 years ago, we do believe the current technologies we have will be more than powerful enough protect all Mago Entertainment's members' activities on our portal. Furthermore we do have our own unique fraud countermeasures to ensure members' risks are minimized.
In fact current Mago Entertainment's Management is in the process of devising a fraud guarantee scheme to ensure that members' frauds occurred within Mago portal will be given compensations, the scheme has yet to pass but its only a matter of time. | |||||
| Q14 | What are the payment modes offered? | |||||
| A14 | There are 2 main types of payment mode, online payment and MolePoints. The online payment modes offered now are credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank transfer and PosPay online.
Mago Entertainment is also in the process of introducing SMS top-up via mobile phones and also Kiosk payment solutions all 7-Eleven convenience stores in order to provide all the alternatives available for members' conveniences. | |||||
| Q15 | What is payment reference? | |||||
| A15 | Each payment at least RM20 will give you a reference number for your next payment to gain extra Tokens . Reference Tokens is depend on reference value (50% from previous amount). Every reference number only can be used once.
